  2. Now take a nonstick pan and add some oil and roast cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
  3. After making brown add spices and cook for 1 minute then add onion and mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Saute after covering for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Check and cook until it looks golden and tender.now add soaked rice and water.
  6. Take a boil and set round cut slices of tomatoes and turn to very low flame to cook well.
  7. Don't uncover the utensil until the holes are not appearing at upper layer.
  8. Whenever you see some holes please immediately turn the gas off and stay at steam to cook properly.
